1. Who We Are

We provide a platform for people to share creative work, discover others, attend events, and engage with a vibrant, supportive creative community. Submissions, blog content, and real-life or virtual showcases are all part of what we do.

2. Accounts

To submit work, you’ll need to create an account. You must be 16 or older. Keep your login secure, and please let us know if you suspect any unauthorised use.

3. Creative Submissions (Film, Music, Art, Writing, etc.)

When submitting creative work (such as video, music, photography, or writing), you confirm that you own the rights or have proper permission to share the content. You retain full ownership of your work.

By submitting, you grant Novarae a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to feature, reference, or promote your work for editorial and event-related purposes. This may include inclusion on our website, social media channels, promotional materials, and curated segments at live or virtual events.

We will not publish, screen, or distribute your full work in public without your explicit permission. Usage is limited to promotional content (e.g., excerpts, stills, trailers, or descriptions) designed to highlight your creative contribution and enhance event visibility.

A submission fee may apply, depending on the type of work and the event. These fees help support:
 

• Reviewing and curating submissions

• Organising and hosting live or virtual events

• Promoting selected work

• Maintaining and improving the platform
   

Submitting work does not guarantee acceptance. All submissions are reviewed based on relevance, and available space.
 

4. Vendor Participation (Product or Service Vendors)

If you're a business or independent creator interested in selling products or promoting services at our events (e.g. handmade goods, clothing, skincare, creative services, and more), you can submit an expression of interest at no cost.
 

Once accepted, you will receive a vendor booklet outlining:

• Upcoming event dates and locations

• Participation costs

• What’s included in your vendor package

• How to secure your place
   

Vendor fees apply per event and typically include:

• Booth or table space

• Promotional exposure before, during, and after the event

• Inclusion in our online vendor directory

• Complimentary food and drink at the event (with dietary requirements collected in advance)
   

Vendor selection is curated to ensure alignment with the event’s theme, quality standards, and available space. Booking is on a first come, first served basis.
 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, no unlawful, offensive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or community standards.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all content (excluding user submissions) is owned by us. This includes branding, written content, images, and design. You may not reuse any part of the site without permission.

7. Changes to Terms
