    By submitting your details, you agree to the following terms:


    1. Expression of Interest

    You are expressing interest in participating in a Fervent event. Approved vendors will be contacted with details including dates, pricing, venues, and next steps. Please check your spam folder and add us to your trusted contacts.


    1. Data Privacy

    All information submitted will remain confidential and used solely for event-related purposes.


    1. Eligibility

    Fervent welcomes established and emerging small businesses that are active and committed to growth. We seek vendors who show consistency and professionalism through their products, services, or online presence.


    1. Exclusive Perks

    Approved vendors will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

    • Discounts on future event bookings

    • Professional filming and photography coverage during the event (with media provided to you afterward)

    • Business promotion across Fervent’s marketing channels

    • Product purchases and TikTok Live features


    1. Business Promotion

    Your logo will appear on posters, flyers, and our website vendor directory. Event photography and video will be provided to you afterward. This helps increase visibility and drives ongoing traffic to your brand.


    1. Partnership Opportunities

    Vendors also gain access to additional perks through our partnerships, of a business coach and collaboration opportunities with Cashblack.


    1. Vendor Experience

    Food and drink will be provided to vendors on the event day. Event attendees can enjoy interactive activities designed to boost footfall, engagement, and sales, creating an uplifting and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

    4. Rights to Materials – You confirm that you own or have the rights to all materials (images, music, videos) you submit and that their use by the organisers will not infringe on any third-party rights.

    5. Placement – All submissions will be reviewed, and selections are at the discretion of the event organisers.

    6. Code of Conduct – You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all interactions related to the event, both online and in person.

    1. Next Steps: This form is the first step in the application process. You will receive a detailed information pack including event options, venue details, and logistics. Food and drink will be provided on the day, with dietary requirements requested in advance where necessary.

    By submitting your work, you agree to the following:


    1. Originality & Rights You confirm that the submitted work is your original creation and that you hold the rights to all content included.

    2. Event Use You grant Novarae Media permission to exhibit, screen, or display your work as part of our official programming, if selected.

    3. Promotional Use You give us permission to use visuals, titles, and your name (or artist name) for promoting the event—online, in print, and on social platforms.

    4. Final Submission All submissions are final. Withdrawal requests are only accepted within 24 hours of submission.

    5. No Guarantee of Selection Submission does not guarantee participation. All entries will be reviewed and selected based on quality and event fit.

    6. Credit You will always be credited as the creator. If special credits are required, please let us know in your submission.
